Cheryl Scappaticci has been with the Berren Law Firm for nearly 20 years. A specialist in estate settlement, Cheryl assists in the preparation of documents for probate and for the installation of successor trustees. Cheryl compiles lists of assets and helps clients claim them; she also helps prepare estate tax returns and oversees distributions to beneficiaries under wills and trusts. With her long tenure at the firm, Cheryl has helped settle the estates of multiple generations in many client families.
“I really get to know clients, and that helps me guide them through the settlement process,” says Cheryl. “We assure clients that we’ll handle every aspect of estate settlement, and that gives them peace of mind.”
Cheryl attended Rhode Island College and also earned a paralegal certificate.
